Service Tokens & plan inclusions
For all Sinorbis plans at Essential level and above, customers receive a set number of Service Tokens. These tokens can be used to access Sinorbis’ professional services, such as strategy workshops, content localisation, website updates, omni-channel messaging setup, and more.
Each subscription plan includes a set number of Service Tokens. Each service has a defined token cost based on the scope and complexity required.
How Service Tokens work
Every Sinorbis service has a fixed token cost
- Your subscription includes a Service Token allowance
- Tokens are deducted when a service is delivered
- Additional tokens can be purchased as needed
- Your Service Token allocation is reviewed annually with your Sinorbis subscription.
